The difference between “listing your home” and actually selling it.

Experience shows that 2 things sell a home. Marketing and Price. My job as a real estate consultant is to market the home to every potential buyer so we can get the most exposure. The sellers job is to price it so that it actually draws the highest amount of traffic so it will generate the most amount of offers which I will negotiate to the highest possible price.
